Welcome to the Cider House

We make cider to connect you to this landscape that we love.

What started as a couple of kids with a backpack full of tools, a pickup truck, a canvas tent and some wild ideas is now a thriving diversified organic farm that is the hub of the cider renaissance in New York’s apple country.

For anyone that cares about small regenerative agriculture and the gifts of good land, this place is for you.

We’re real people running a working farm, creating traditional ciders made from apples grown specifically for cider making. A wide range of acidic, tannic, and aromatic fruit ranging from European bittersweet apples, to heirlooms, and crab apples. We specialize in the champagne method of cider making.

And mainly, we just want to make ciders that taste absolutely freaking amazing.

Visit Us

We want you to come visit us. To taste our ciders and eat from our farm-to-table kitchen. To pick organic apples and peaches and say hello to the sheep and turkeys. And if you can’t visit, we want to bring the farm to you, through our online cider shop and our ever-growing online shop of local crafts and farm goods.

We started this farm to make this land a little better than when we got here. To make the soil a little deeper and the water a little cleaner. And we want to connect you to this positive change. To these truly magical and invigorating cycles of the natural world.

We’re looking forward to connecting with you soon.
